Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Please refer to the tracking status before contacting us regarding non-delivery. Tracking usually provides the most accurate information.
Free Shipping Option
If you select Free Shipping, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping method based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. Most domestic free shipping orders will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage.
Delivery times for free shipping are not guaranteed, and we cannot refund or credit orders for late deliveries. If you need your item faster, please choose an upgraded shipping method at checkout.

Priority Mail: 2–4 business days (Includes $50 insurance)

Express Mail & FedEx: 1–2 business days (Includes $100 insurance and is the only guaranteed option)
Please note: These are estimates provided by USPS & FedEx. Delays due to weather, routing errors, or other unforeseen issues are outside our control.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary depending on customs and local postal services. On average, delivery takes about 10 business days, but it may be longer. If your package hasn’t arrived within 12 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.
Lost or Delayed Packages
The USPS does not consider a package “lost” until 30 days after shipment. If your item has not arrived by then and you did not select insured shipping, you are responsible for the cost to replace the item. We may offer a discounted replacement in these situations.
If your shipment was insured (either through USPS or a shipping upgrade that includes insurance), we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that claims take time to process. If you need a replacement immediately, you can reorder the item, and we will refund the original once the claim is approved.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after this period.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please Note:
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturer defect or a mistake in customization. If that’s the case, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, we’ll email you a gift certificate code.
If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For high-value returns (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
