Shipping: Items are usually shipped within 2 business days. Tracking will be provided for all shipments. Please track your item before contacting us saying you have not received your item. In most cases the tracking tells the whole story.
Free Shipping: If the Free Shipping option is chosen, we will choose the best method for your shipment depending on its weight and destination. In most cases domestic shipments will be sent via First Class Mail by USPS. Delivery times vary and we have no control over the delivery times, nor can we refund or credit due to a late delivery. If you need a faster delivery please choose another method then the free shipping offer.
Shipping Times: Shipping times will vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier mis-routing, temporarily lost or other factors. The only date guaranteed delivery method is Express mail or FedEx. USPS will refund the shipment cost only if not delivered on time, however weather delays will not qualify for a refund. To know if there was a weather delay, package tracking is usually marked as delayed due to weather. If it is not we should be able to place a claim.
Domestic Normal Delivery Times (USA):
First Class Mail: 2-7 days (No Insurance included)
Priority Mail: 2-4 days (includes $50 insurance)
Express Mail: 1-2 days (includes $100 Insurance)
International delivery times: Due to the complicated process each country has with customs we can not guarantee any delivery times. However, most items are delivered in 10 days on average. This means it could be more or less than 10 days. If you have not seen your item within 12 days, please contact us so we can track your package and help figure out the best way to fix the situation.
Lost: The Post Office does not consider the item as lost until 30 days from shipment. If your item has not arrived by the 30th day and you did not choose insurance or choose a method that included insurance, you are responsible for the cost to replace the item. Please contact us and we will help you by discounting the replacement of the item.
If you did choose insurance or a method of shipment that included insurance, we will submit your shipment for a claim to USPS. This process can take some time and we can give you details of that once we know them on a case by case basis. If in the mean time you need a replacement item you can order a new item and we will credit you for the first item once we receive credit from USPS or the third party insurance company.
